In the following pages, you will learn how to use SCIM-C, and you will use this tool to analyze some historical documents. Please complete This Google Form with your gmail address; we will use this account to share access to the artifacts with you.
First:
You are going to view a short video to help you remember what we have already learned about wartime influences on culture.
Second:
You are going to learn all about the SCIM-C tool, and how to implement it in your classroom.
Third:
You are going to analyze documents with your group. You'll only be going through the first 4 parts of SCIM-C, and will finish with corroboration is step four.
Four:
Here you will have access to all of the documents from all the groups. You will uses these other documents to help corroborate your ideas.
Five:
Finally, you will create a museum box to answer the guiding question: What evidence can you find to illustrate some of the the social and economic changes that took place during and after World War II, as demonstrated via SCIM-C in the supplied documents?
